These Terms of Service govern your use of the MARIUSZ GRZEGORZ website and services. By accessing our services, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by French law.

1. Service Provider

MARIUSZ GRZEGORZ is a technology services company registered in France under NAF code 63.11Z · SIREN 105 359 467, providing digital infrastructure, cloud hosting, data processing and workflow automation services.

2. Scope of Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure management
Data processing and ETL pipeline services
Workflow automation and API integration
Software maintenance and technical support
Monitoring, analytics, and backup solutions

3. Service Level Agreements

Uptime guarantees, response times, and recovery objectives are defined in individual service agreements. Our standard platform SLA targets 99.97% availability on core infrastructure services.

4. Client Responsibilities

Providing accurate information for service configuration
Maintaining confidentiality of access credentials
Notifying us promptly of security incidents
Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

5. Acceptable Use

Services may not be used for illegal activities, to distribute malicious software, to circumvent security controls, or in any way that violates applicable French or EU law.

6. Data Processing

Client data processed on our infrastructure remains the property of the client. We act as a data processor under GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available upon request for enterprise clients.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to direct damages and capped at the value of services delivered in the preceding 12-month period. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by French law.

8. Intellectual Property

All infrastructure design, documentation, and proprietary tooling developed by MARIUSZ GRZEGORZ remains our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred by written agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately in cases of material breach or non-payment.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marseille, France.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use of services after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
